Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order. No minimum.

Every JustWrk tee is made to order, so there are two stages to the wait. Production takes 1-6 business days - your tee is printed after you order it, not pulled off a shelf. Transit then takes 5-15 business days once it leaves the facility.

Most US orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks of being placed. Orders around major holidays can take longer.

You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number once it ships. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days, email us and we'll chase it.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping - reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email officialjustwrk@gmail.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
